Our
ministry for more than 30 years has been primarily a local one,
helping new believers to understand their position in Christ,
and helping growing Christians to become competent in their
understanding of the Word of God, energized by the conviction
that anything that is not biblical Christianity is not Christianity.
In
our pursuit of that objective, we have come to recognize that
nothing in Scripture can be correctly understood apart from
a clear grasp of Paul's free grace gospel in which the righteousness
of God is instantly, completely, and permanently reckoned to
the one who, exclusive of works, law-keeping, or sacraments,
simply recognizes his lost condition as a condemned sinner and
believes in the Lord Jesus Christ as the One who fully satisfied,
on the cross of Calvary, God's demand of death for sin.
On
that ground, we have taught from the perspective of classic
Pauline dispensationalism (as opposed to "progressive" or "post-Acts
2"/"PA2"), believing that Scripture is accurately
understood only when interpreted "normally", rather
than symbolically or allegorically.
Our
focus has been on the "new creation" position of the New Testament
believer as taught primarily by the early "Brethren"
writers of the 19th and early 20th centuries, in contrast to
the sacramental, Arminian, charismatic, and Reformed/covenantal
positions.
The
articles posted on our web site are selected to make hard-to-find
books and other literature that deals with these issues easily
